2. We do not guarantee the truthfulness of the Information received by us. The concerned are directed to verify and satisfy themselves about the same, by any other mode of their choice.

3. The accessibility of the website from any location depends upon the factors, which are not controlled by us. So, we do not give the guarantee of the accessibility of the website, from all locations.

4. The information and photographs of the candidate are available on the internet; hence we do not give the guarantee that the information and photographs will not be misused. Also, we use your Profile on Social Media platforms for your Benefit.

5. After registration members' information will be accessible to all registered candidates.

6. The Registration charges are taken only to put your form on our website. Registration fees are Non-Refundable.

7. www.weddingpartner.in will take care of all the database of members on weddingpartner.in but by mistake of any technical errors database is lost, weddingpartner.in will not be responsible.

8. Availability of website depends on various factors and external agencies which are beyond the control of weddingpartner.in Matrimonial and weddingpartner.in Matrimonial does not give a guarantee of 24X7 availability. Till the profile holder does not edit/change the data.

9. Profile holder should change his password at regular intervals and should not share the same to secure his data.

10. Profile holder will receive emails till his profile is on www.weddingpartner.in website.

11. Profile holders can view the profile's limit on subscribe package.

12. Company collects information/data including, without limitation, e-mail id, address, first name, last name, telephone/mobile number, date of birth, age, gender, ethnic/cultural background, appearance, religion, occupation, preferences, lifestyle information, general geographical location (“User Data”) from Users in order to enable them to create their profiles on the Platform. Apart from this, certain other health-related information, including physical and mental disabilities are also collected. The User Data so collected is entered in a program specially devised for matching profiles and to provide matches for Users based on their pre-selected partner preferences criteria. User Data is displayed only after taking prior consent of Users. The company does not collect financial information of Users such as credit card/debit card numbers/bank accounts numbers etc. The company shall not be able to provide access to the Platform and/or create profiles of Users if the requisite User data is not provided by the Users. User hereby consents to the usage of his/her User Data to be displayed to other Users on the Platform.
